Human Capacity & Sustainable Performance
Why productivity, performance, and wellbeing are inseparable and how cognitive load, recovery, resilience, and human biology influence execution, decision-making, and business outcomes.
Regional Business Lead – North America | Global Head of Operations & Sales
Jenn Callaway helps organisations improve performance, adaptability, and transformation outcomes by building human capacity. With 20+ years of experience across consulting, leadership development, communications, and business leadership, she challenges conventional thinking by showing how resilience, cognitive capacity, and recovery drive sustainable business results.
Jenn Callaway helps organisations build the human capacity required to perform, adapt, and execute in a world that increasingly demands more from people than ever before.
Over the past 20 years, Jenn has worked with executives, business leaders, and transformation teams across North America, Europe, and Asia. Her career has spanned consulting, leadership development, executive communications, operations, sales, and business leadership. She has partnered with organisations including Cisco Systems, Johnson & Johnson, Merck & Co., Mars Inc., and Southwire to help leaders navigate change, improve performance, and achieve business results.
What makes Jenn's perspective different is the path that led her to the resilience and performance space. Before joining Zest for Work, Jenn spent years helping organisations execute strategy, drive adoption, and lead large-scale transformation efforts. She also advised executives on neuroscience-based communication strategies designed to influence behaviour change, from sales meetings to board presentations to keynotes. Yet despite significant investments in communication, training, and leadership development, she repeatedly saw organisations struggle with the same challenges: stalled transformations, declining productivity, change fatigue, and employee burnout.
The conclusion she reached was simple: most organisations believe they have an execution problem when they have a human capacity problem. Jenn's work focuses on helping organisations understand and address this hidden constraint. She believes resilience, recovery, cognitive capacity, and adaptability are not wellbeing initiatives; they are business capabilities that directly influence leadership effectiveness, transformation success, productivity, and organisational performance.
Today, as North America Business Lead at Zest for Work, Jenn helps organisations create the conditions that enable people to think clearly, perform effectively, and adapt sustainably in an increasingly demanding world of work.
When she’s not helping organisations build resilience, Jenn is usually practising it herself by gardening, spending time with her husband and two teenage daughters, or reading a good book in a hammock while giving her brain the recovery time it needs to stay sharp in an always-on world.

Speaker at the Manufacturing Alliance Women’s Leadership Conference where Jenn explored why exhaustion is at an all-time high and why personal energy, not time, is the key to performance. Combining neuroscience, behavioural science, and practical reflection exercises, the session helped attendees understand their energy and adopt simple strategies to renew it throughout the day.
Panellist at Southwire’s Women’s Day event, where Jenn discussed why resilience is especially important for women navigating growing personal and professional demands, sharing science-backed strategies to support recovery, reduce stress, and build sustainable performance through simple daily habits.
