Cultivating Wellbeing & Resilience in Teams
A practical science-based programme designed to equip leaders to identify, minimise, and respond to stress in themselves and their teams.
Stresswise People Managers is a practical, science-based programme that supports leaders in confidently navigating stress, starting with their own. Drawing on neuroscience, behavioural psychology, and the Stress First Aid framework, it helps leaders build the awareness and tools needed to spot signs of stress early, respond effectively, and support psychological safety across their teams.

Leaders at all levels of the organisation, including, HR leaders, executives, managers, teams.
Leaders today face constant pressure, rising burnout, and growing expectations to support wellbeing often without having the language, tools, or energy to do so. This workshop equips leaders with the knowledge and skills to respond to stress. They will walk away with a clearer understanding of how stress works, how it shows up in their behaviours, and how to take action that supports both individual wellbeing and team performance.
