Skillful Energy Management
An understanding of what it takes to skilfully manage, renew, and optimise their energy to sustain balance in life and prevent burnout.
Build an energised and thriving workforce
A science-based programme designed to help individuals to skilfully manage their energy so they can live happy, healthy and productive lives both at work and at home.
Technology is transforming work faster than people can adapt. The result? Team members are exhausted, disengaged, and unable to keep up.

Our Behavioural Resilience workshop is based on more than 30 years of performance science and the latest insights into physical, mental and digital wellbeing, neuroscience, positive psychology and behaviour change. It is a combination of knowledge, personal reflection, experience, and an active change process.
The programme is designed to train individuals to skillfully sustain, renew, and expand their energy to manage and respond to work and life demands, work pressures and distractions and still have energy for what matters most in their life.
The focus is on embedding new habits rather than just giving information and advice, focusing on the WHY and the HOW of Energy Management, as much as the WHAT. The goal is not for participants to just KNOW more, but rather to DO more.

In today’s ongoing swirl of constant changes, technology transformations, information overload and increasingly blurred boundaries; skillful Energy Management is critical at all professional levels to:
Manage and respond to everyday demands, work pressures and distractions in an effective and productive way
Maintain focus and innovate to embrace change
Operate from a regulated nervous system and rational thinking and avoid emotional/reactive decisions
Enhance physical health and mental wellbeing
Prevent exhaustion and burnout

Participants leave with a personal plan and practical insights to manage their energy, live by their values, and take purposeful action towards lasting wellbeing and performance. Participants walk away with:
An understanding of what it takes to skilfully manage, renew, and optimise their energy to sustain balance in life and prevent burnout.
A deeper self-awareness around core values and personal purpose that they can use as a compass to guide meaningful life decisions and take purposeful action.
Actionable strategies that will enhance and sustain their physical health and mental wellbeing, including nutrition, sleep, exercise, mindfulness, and focused attention.
A realistic personal plan that closes the knowing-doing gap and starts building a sustainable lifestyle that supports their energy and purpose one step at a time.
In person or Online blended.
1 day live or blended journey of 3 x 2.5 hour sessions over 3 weeks.
Delivered in most European languages, Arabic and Chinese.
Prior to the workshop, participants complete an online energy assessment and receive a Personal Energy Report. This report helps participants identify how well they are managing their energy across a few key areas
How we feel our energy is on a regular basis.
How skilled and active are we at renewing our energy and letting our minds and bodies recover.
How clear and intentional are we to uncover our purpose and make it a reality.
How conscious and intentional are we about where we direct our mind's energy.
How well do we take care of our bodies (including nutrition, movement, exercise and sleep).
