For our service delivery, we partner with highly experienced energy management or career development experts that we select carefully and certify on our products [check our train the trainer programs]. Corporate Trainers

Qualification and Experience

  • A minimum of a BA/BS degree is required
  • A minimum of 5 years of corporate work experience is preferred
  • Facilitation and training experience with employees at different levels of the organization

For Corporate Athlete Trainings

  • Trained and certified as a fitness professional and/or hold a specialized degree in Nutrition or a Movement related field

For Career Development Trainings

  • A psychology education or solid HR background

Skills & profile

  • Excellent speaking and facilitation skills
    Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • Credibility that is demonstrated by an executive presence
  • Advanced consultation and coaching skills
  • Change management knowledge
  • Demonstrated systems/strategy thinking ability
  • Flexibility and capability to perform in ambiguous situations
  • Relationship building with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Strong work ethic with commitment to high energy performance, quality and service excellence
  • Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a team environment
  • Multilingual is a plus

Career Development Coaches

Qualification and Experience

  • Certified coach (preferably through ICF), a psychology education or solid HR background

We partner with trusted resources to take on roles such as training logistics heros, digital platform architects, webinar moderators and many more according to our operational, business developement or administrative needs… They are working hard with us behind the scene to get our business running smoothly while staying calm and zesty.
