Caroline Thomas is an independent HR leader, facilitator and coach. She engages with organizations and their employees to develop the environment, capabilities and mindset to build sustainable careers: engaging AND successful.  

 

Caroline works as strategic advisor, consultant and facilitator at Zest for Work. She is part of the content design team for new solutions and she represents Zest on the Swiss and French markets. 

 

Prior to becoming independent, she worked 17 years in HR Leadership and Talent Development roles across industries and cultures. She built a strong expertise about organizational and talent development, learning program and curriculum design, talent and potential assessments as well as performance management. She has a proven track record of leading international projects. 

Caroline genuinely cares and believes in people strengths and abilities. She creates a trustworthy environment for people to learn, experience and grow. Beyond her work, Caroline enjoys nature and mountains, she is also passionate about art and culture.
